On July 11, Grupo Olmix, a global specialist in natural solutions for agriculture and livestock, acquired Yes Sinergy, a Brazilian biotechnology company specializing in natural additives for animal nutrition, health and well-being.
With the acquisition of Yes Sinergy, the Olmix Group continues with its international development, positioning itself as an important supplier of biosustainable solutions for the agricultural sector. The Group now generates revenues of over €200 million, including almost €150 million in animal nutrition, health and welfare.
The union of the two companies is based on their complementary strengths, both geographic and technological, as well as on their shared ambition to combine economic performance with the transition to more sustainable agricultural models. This operation is based on the companies' shared values, focused on a scientific approach and the essential role of innovation based on biosustainable materials: seaweed for Olmix and sugarcane yeast for Yes Sinergy.

Founded in 2008, Yes Sinergy has more than 15 years of experience in R&D, adding value to the by-products of the sugarcane industry.
