Mos is a technically important product for feed producers and factories that need to improve efficiency in controlling the E.coli and Salmonella. It's the ideal solution, a proven binder that's already known on the market.

The solution agglutinates type I fimbriae bacteria, which have a sort of harpoon to stick to the intestinal cell wall. As the solution has 99% terminals similar to those on the intestine wall, the bacteria confuses itself and launches its harpoon, being carried along with the fecal bolus and eliminated. With this, it is possible to maintain the population of E.coli and Salmonella at low concentrations.
