Transparency and Ethical Position

Transparency and ethical posture are more than principles within YES, they are the true guides of the Company's business model, based on decision-making in accordance with the law, our code of ethics and internal rules. Also, we have the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, as entities responsible for the strategic direction and promotion of the social interest of the CIA.

YES operates in accordance with the laws and regulations to which it is subject in various matters, either by its area of expertise or the exercise of business activity in general. It is worth highlighting the Company's adherence to the Anti-Corruption regulations, including but not limited to Law 12,846/13 - Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law, to FCPA, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and to UK Bribery Act.

Integrated management

We see the Company as a living and dynamic organism, in constant transformation and where each member of our gear is part of a whole that works in a collaborative and complementary way. For this reason, our board of directors has a structure of support committees on the most diverse topics (Risks, Ethics, Privacy, among others, with emphasis on the ESG Committee) in addition to Working Groups (Sustainable Procurement, Occupational Health and Safety, Fraud and Defense, for example), to monitor and discuss topics relevant to the Company, providing a comprehensive and balanced multidisciplinary view.

Risk Mitigation

We prioritize the structured development of the Company, involving all areas in the identification of internal and/or external factors capable of impacting the corporation's objectives.

Combining this information forms our Risk Matrix, which is periodically reviewed by a specific committee meeting for the topic.

The importance of this construction lies precisely in the fact of mapping, identifying, controlling and mitigating risks in a coordinated and planned manner, meeting national and international parameters.

Safe Listening Channel

We seek to foster a relationship of trust with employees and the external public, and for this reason we have implemented our Safe Listening Channel, an independent communication channel for providing suggestions, doubts and receiving reports about facts that are not in accordance with the principles from YES, assisting in compliance with Cia's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
